  • The following questions will help us plan event logistics. Please answer as accurately as possible. If any of your responses change before the event, please email us with the updated information.

    Each vendor will have a 10x10ft space to set up. We suggest having one 10ft Pop-Up tent, and AT LEAST one standard 6ft table and two chairs.

    Please answer the questions below that acknowledge our standards for participating as a Vendor at Dignity Day. These are made to ensure our attendees can expect dignity and respect at our event.
  • Do you agree to follow all Dignity Day event guidelines, instructions, setup requirements, and safety procedures provided by Changing Homelessness staff before and during the event?*
  • Do you agree that your organization and participating staff will conduct themselves in a safe and professional manner, follow instructions from event staff, and notify Changing Homelessness of any safety concerns that arise during the event?*
  • Do you acknowledge that participation in Dignity Day may involve normal risks associated with attending and operating at a community event, and agree that your organization and its representatives participate voluntarily and assume responsibility for their participation?*
  • Do you acknowledge that Changing Homelessness is not responsible for providing medical, health, disability, property, or other insurance coverage for your organization or its representatives, and is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal or organizational property?*
  • Do you agree to protect the privacy and confidentiality of Dignity Day attendees and not share, photograph, record, or disclose personal or identifying information about individuals receiving services without appropriate consent?*
  • Do you agree that all representatives of your organization will treat Dignity Day attendees, participating organizations, staff, and other vendors with dignity and respect and provide services in a welcoming, non-discriminatory, and professional manner?*
  • Do you acknowledge and agree that representatives of your organization may be photographed, filmed, or recorded during Dignity Day and that Changing Homelessness may use this material for event promotion, organizational communications, social media, and other marketing purposes?*
  • Do you agree to maintain your assigned vendor space, keep the area safe and accessible throughout the event, and remove all materials, supplies, equipment, and trash associated with your organization at the conclusion of Dignity Day?*
  • Do you agree that your organization and all representatives attending Dignity Day will comply with event policies and directions provided by Changing Homelessness, including any requirements communicated before or during the event?*
  • Do you confirm that you are authorized to complete this application on behalf of your organization, have reviewed the agreements above, and understand that agreement to these terms is required for participation as a Dignity Day vendor?*
