  • Complete one scorecard per temp, per day they work, and submit by 3:00 PM. First choose the position being graded, then score each area 1 to 5 based on what you observed today. 1 = well below standard, 2 = below standard, 3 = meets standard, 4 = above standard, 5 = exceptional.
