    This Group Registration Form is only available for organizations located in the United States and/or Canada. International registrants should use the individual registration form and submit to service@exceptionalchildren.org.

     

    Group Discounts:

    • Groups of 10+ save 10% on each registration

    Please note the following Registration and Cancellation Policies before proceeding:

    • You must have at least ten (10) registrants to use this form.
    • Group registration must be submitted online using this Group Registration Form. Group registrations are complete once CEC Member Services has processed your registrations and notified your group contact to accept payment. Incomplete registration forms will be returned for completion.
    • Group registrations must be submitted together, at one time, to receive the group registration discount. Additions made after submission will be billed at the current applicable rate at the time of processing and not eligible for the group registration discount.
    • Group registrations are based on the rate at the time of group registration submission, CEC membership status, and category. You must have at least ten (10) paying registrants to use this form. 
    • If using a purchase order, a full copy of the purchase order must be included with your group submission. Purchase orders must be submitted at the time of group registration using the Group Registration form. 
    • All supporting documentation must be included with the purchase order to receive the group registration rate.
    • If paying by credit card, CEC Member Services will reach out to the designated group contact for payment information once the Group Registration Form has been processed.

  • Please note: this form is not equipped to accept credit card or p-card payments. A member of CEC's Member Services Team will reach out to complete your transaction.

    If paying by check, the payment must be recieved, cleared, and transmitted to CEC by our banking institution before we can complete your registration. It is recommended to use a purchase order if paying by check.

    Purchase orders made for any other entity or person will be returned for review.

  • IMPORTANT

    CEC is unable to accept purchase orders made for travel, lodging, or other miscellaneous items. If your purchase order incldues these items, we will return it to you for additional advisement.

    I understand that this registration form is considered incomplete until CEC Member Services has processed the form and reached out for payment details. Furthermore, I understand and agree to abide by all convention policies as stated on CEC's convention website. I understand that failure to complete all parts of this application will be considered an incomplete application and that CEC will return the forms for updates or further advisement. I acknowledge that CEC reserves the right to update and/or modify its policies and procedures as necessary.
