Presented by the NCW Digital Access Coalition, Thriving Together NCW & NCW Tech Alliance. We’re excited to invite organizations across Chelan, Douglas, Grant, Ferry, Adams, and Okanogan Counties to be part of the 2026 Digital Access Commitments Campaign — a regional effort to support digital connection, confidence, and opportunity across North Central Washington.
Digital access is the ability for every person and organization to fully participate in modern life through reliable connectivity, appropriate devices, digital skills, safe and supported navigation of online systems, and equitable access to the digital tools required for health, learning, work, housing, transportation, and civic participation.
We believe everyone should have the opportunity to use technology in ways that support their work, learning, health, and daily life. Closing the digital divide takes partnership, and every action — big or small — helps move our region forward.
Organizations are invited to make a commitment that strengthens digital access in their community. Your commitment does not have to be a brand-new program or a major new project. It can be something your organization is already doing that helps people get connected, build digital confidence, access online services, or use technology in meaningful ways.
Your commitment might include improving digital tools, creating outreach materials, offering staff training, sharing digital access resources, building new partnerships, hosting a Digital Access Month activity in September, or launching another effort that helps people feel more confident and connected.
By submitting a commitment, you help us shine a light on the work already happening across the region and build momentum for a more connected North Central Washington.
Have questions or need support with your commitment? Contact techhelp@ncwtech.org. We’re here to provide tools, guidance, and encouragement as you take the next step.
Let’s make 2026 a year of connection, confidence, and visible regional impact.
