    This self-assessment will help you reflect on how you currently navigate change using the Agilience™ framework.

    It gives you a personal snapshot of how you currently navigate change and pressure at work across three dimensions: Calm, Curious, and Capable. It also asks for your view on the support you receive from your organisation.

    Your results are not a judgement. They are a mirror - a baseline to help you get the most from the programme and notice what shifts as you grow.

    At the end of the assessment, you’ll receive your overall Agilience™️score, along with a short interpretation of what this may mean for you.

    This is not a test, diagnosis or fixed label. It is a practical reflection tool designed to help you identify your current strengths and opportunities for growth.
