This form is only for families receiving PFCC or Childcare Choice Funding

State approval must be confirmed in the Kinder Connect system or verbally by your caseworker before your child may begin care at WOW.

Families may begin care prior to approval, but will be required to pay full private tuition until official coverage begins in Kinder Connect.

If coverage is backdated, WOW will issue a refund by check for any eligible payments made during that time.

If funding is paused, lost, or delayed, the family will be charged the private pay rate unless WOW receives confirmation (through Kinder Connect or your caseworker) that coverage will be backdated.

Families are solely responsible for keeping their information and account with the state to avoid disruptions in funding.

Payments must be made in full, on the family's selected payment schedule, until coverage resumes.

Refunds will be issued in check form for any overpayments resulting from verified backdated coverage.

All co-payments, additional program fees, and other fees associated with WOW are due on the billing cycle indicated by the family on the payment agreement form.

All PFCC families are required to meet the following requirements:
Children must be signed in and out daily using KinderSign or KinderConnect.

If a relative or other family member regularly drops off or picks up your child, they must be added as an authorized contact in the PFCC system through the front desk.

If a parent has missed sign-in/sign-out times or there are errors in their entries, an email will be sent on Monday morning, and a correction form will be placed in the folder located by the KinderConnect tablet

Families must make all corrections by Wednesday of that week. Failure to do so will result in the full private-pay tuition rate being charged to the family's account

If the family does not correct the times indicated on the form by Friday at 6:00 p.m., the full private-pay tuition amount must be paid by the following Monday at 6:00 a.m.

If payment is not received by Friday at 12:00 p.m., the family will be withdrawn from the program until the balance is paid in full.

Families receiving PFCC assistance must ensure that their child's attendance meets the minimum weekly hours required for their authorized benefit level.

Children authorized for Part-Time care must attend a minimum of 10 hours per week.

Children authorized for Full-Time care must attend a minimum of 33 hours per week.

School-age children receiving PFCC assistance during the school year must meet the minimum attendance requirements for the part time benefit level

If a child's attendance does not meet the minimum hours required for their authorized benefit level, one warning will be given, and after that warning, the family will be responsible for paying the difference between the PFCC reimbursement received by World of Wonders and the reimbursement amount that would have been received had the child met the attendance requirements of their authorization. Any resulting charges will be added to the family's account and are due according to the program's payment policies.

To help prevent interruptions in PFCC funding, World of Wonders may apply available state-authorized sick days to qualifying absences. Once all available PFCC sick days have been exhausted, any additional absences requiring sick-day consideration must be supported by a physician's note.

If a required physician's note is not provided, the absence will not be counted as an approved sick day. The family will be responsible for any reduction in PFCC reimbursement resulting from the absence, including payment of the difference between the reimbursement received by World of Wonders and the reimbursement that would have been received had the attendance requirements been met.

Families are responsible for understanding the attendance, sick leave, and absence policies associated with their PFCC authorization and benefit level which is found on their agreement with the state.
