If you use a non-Centrex tote, it will be irregular and you will be charged $70 or more
At Chicago drop off, bin owners must bring one lock per bin (unlocked)

We highly recommend you BYO bin. However, you do have the option to purchase a bin that will be available at Chicago drop off.
