TERMS & CONDITIONS
Service Minimum & Pricing - A 2‑hour minimum applies to all services. Final pricing will be confirmed once your service request has been received and reviewed. Mileage charges apply beyond a 15km radius of Port Perry and will be confirmed.
Scope of Service - Services will be completed as described in your confirmed service request. Any changes to the scope may affect pricing or scheduling.
Service Guidelines - I’ll always do my best to find savings and better deals, but sometimes changes aren’t possible. Long hold times are out of my control, though I’m happy to work on another task while I wait. I’ll aim to finish within your booked time, and if you’d like to continue, extra time can be added at $65/hour when available.
Access to Property - Please ensure safe, timely access to the property.
Pricing - Rates are confirmed before service. Payment is due upon completion of the service, and an invoice will be provided. Payment type is Cash or E-transfer.
Privacy & Confidentiality - All information is kept confidential and used only for the purpose of providing services.
Liability & Limitations - While every effort is made to provide high-quality service, the business is not responsible for issues that arise from factors outside our control, including but not limited to: (a) systems, platforms, or equipment that is not functioning properly or (b) third‑party companies, vendors, or service providers who do not respond or fail to take action.
Cancellations - A $100 fee may apply to cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service date.
