• CDFA Pollinator Habitat Program: Technical and Financial Assistance Application

  • The American Olive Oil Producers Association (AOOPA), in partnership with Chico State's Center for Regenerative Agriculture and Resilient Systems (CRARS), is accepting applications for the Pollinator Habitat Grant Program. This grant supports the establishment of pollinator habitat on farms in eligible California counties. Selected participants will receive funding and technical assistance to implement habitat projects that enhance pollinator populations, improve on-farm environmental benefits, and support sustainable farming.

    Before completing your application, please review the PHP Payment Rates and Implementation Guidelines (Appendix A) to explore the eligible conservation practices, reimbursement rates, and implementation requirements. This document will help you identify the practice(s) that best fit your operation and prepare an accurate project proposal.

    • Field Borders
    • Filter Strips
    • Riparian Buffers
    • Wildlife Habitat Planting
    • Tree/Shrub Establishment
