    • By booking services with TBM Entertainment ("Company"), the Client agrees to the following terms and conditions.

      1. Reservation and Payment
      A signed agreement and any required deposit must be received to secure an event date. Dates are not guaranteed until confirmation is provided by TBM Entertainment.

      The remaining balance is due no later than 3 days prior to the event unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

      Failure to make payment by the due date may result in cancellation of services.

      2. Event Details
      Client is responsible for providing accurate event information, including:

      Event date and time
      Event location
      Estimated guest count
      Requested services
      Site access requirements
      Any changes to event details must be communicated as soon as possible and may result in additional fees.

      3. Setup and Access
      Client agrees to provide safe and adequate access to the event location.

      The event area must be free of hazards, debris, animal waste, standing water, and any conditions that may interfere with setup or operation.

      TBM Entertainment reserves the right to refuse setup if conditions are deemed unsafe.

      4. Weather Policy
      Many services are weather dependent.

      In the event of severe weather, including but not limited to high winds, lightning, heavy rain, flooding, or other unsafe conditions, TBM Entertainment reserves the right to suspend, delay, modify, or cancel services for the safety of guests and staff.

      Weather-related decisions made by TBM Entertainment shall be final.

      5. Client Responsibility
      Client agrees to supervise guests and ensure equipment and services are used appropriately.

      Client assumes responsibility for damage caused by guests, attendees, or third parties during the event.

      Any damaged, lost, stolen, or excessively soiled equipment may result in additional charges.

      6. Teddy Bear Stuffing Experience
      For teddy bear stuffing events, guest participation should be supervised by a responsible adult when appropriate.

      TBM Entertainment is not responsible for lost personal belongings, completed stuffed animals, or items removed from the event area by guests.

      Guest counts provided by the Client are estimates and may affect final pricing.

      7. Inflatables, Rentals, and Equipment
      Inflatables, tents, tables, chairs, concessions, and other rental equipment must remain in their designated setup locations.

      Clients and guests may not relocate equipment without approval from TBM Entertainment staff.

      Equipment may not be used in a manner inconsistent with manufacturer recommendations or safety guidelines.

      8. Cancellation Policy
      Cancellations made more than 15 days prior to the event may receive a refund of amounts paid, less any non-refundable deposits.

      Cancellations made within 15 days of the event may be subject to partial or full forfeiture of payments.

      No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to circumstances outside of TBM Entertainment's control after services have begun.

      9. Photography and Marketing
      TBM Entertainment may photograph or record portions of events for promotional purposes unless Client provides written notice prior to the event requesting otherwise.

      No personal information of guests will be shared.

      10. Limitation of Liability
      TBM Entertainment shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in services or use of rental equipment.

      Client agrees to release and hold harmless TBM Entertainment, its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives from claims, damages, injuries, or losses resulting from misuse of equipment, failure to follow instructions, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control.
