IMPORTANT TERMS & REMINDERS FOR SAME-DAY DELIVERY (SDD)

Same-day delivery (SDD) is available by request only on weekends and on weekdays between 5 PM and 8 PM, subject to the seller’s availability. Buyers are responsible for booking and paying for their own rider or courier. The available pickup schedule and pickup details will be provided once the SDD request has been confirmed. Please arrange your rider only within the agreed pickup schedule.

Before pickup, the buyer must provide the seller with the rider’s name and/or vehicle plate number for verification. The order will only be released to the rider whose information has been provided by the buyer.

Once the order has been successfully handed over to the buyer’s chosen rider or courier, the seller will no longer be responsible for any loss, damage, delay, failed delivery, or other issues that may occur during transit. Buyers are responsible for coordinating with their chosen courier and must ensure that they are available to receive the order and can be contacted by the rider. By choosing same-day delivery, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
