    This year's lineup offers a great balance of competition training, instructor development, leadership education, and personal growth. We're excited to introduce two new seminar experiences, **Edged Weapon Defense** and **Kickboxing Fundamentals**, giving members even more opportunities to expand their skills both on and off the mat.

    If you missed them at Worlds, we're also bringing back three popular business development seminars: the **Leaders for Life Playbook**, **Lee ATA Martial Arts Playbook**, and the **GaleForce Club Playbook**.

    • A $25 cancellation fee will apply to all Training registration refund requests
    • All registration refund requests, must be made in writing to Training@ataonline.com prior to the event.

    • Once online registration has closed, all eligible refund requests will be processed within 30 days after the tournament

    Description: The foundation of the Edge Weapon Control System is designed to provide you with response options that include deflect, control and disengage from a knife attack, as well as, highlighting psychological preparedness and strategic principles for successfully defending knife assaults.

  • Legacy Training - "Teaching Life Skills in Songham Taekwondo"

    Description: This seminar explores how the ATA Life Skills of Discipline, Belief, Communication, Respect, Self-Esteem, and Honesty are intentionally taught through core techniques, forms, sparring, and board breaking using clear attributes such as base, balance, precision, and power. Participants will learn practical instructor scripts and coaching cues that connect physical execution to character development, ensuring students understand why they move, not just how. Attendees will leave with ready-to-use teaching language and a deeper understanding of how to build strong martial artists and strong leaders at the same time.

    Description: Judges, are you prepared to push your expertise to the MAX? We understand that Creative, Xtreme, Team Demo, and Team Sync divisions can feel overwhelming with the rapid evolution of tricks, synchronization, creativity, and performance skills competitors are bringing to the floor. We’re thrilled to provide a comprehensive understanding of what to look for in each division and how to confidently evaluate both individual and team performances. Through live demonstrations by the ATA MAX Pro Team, we’ll break down the crucial distinctions in tricks, transitions, synchronization, musicality, teamwork, creativity, and overall presentation.     Description: Join us to learn the concepts and training tips surrounding the development of speed, agility, and explosiveness. Seminar objectives will include understanding the correct application of exercise and drills, timing of drills to avoid fatigue, and appropriate progression of volume of plyometrics.

    Description: We're excited to introduce this new training opportunity at Fall Nationals! Designed for students looking to challenge themselves and expand their striking skills, this seminar focuses on the fundamentals of kickboxing in a fun, energetic, and supportive environment.Participants will develop proper punching mechanics, offensive combinations, defensive movements, and footwork through a structured progression that culminates in controlled, friendly sparring. Whether you're new to kickboxing or looking to sharpen your skills, this seminar will help you build confidence, develop a more resilient mindset, and experience the satisfaction that comes from training hard and applying what you've learned in a live setting.

    Required equipment includes boxing gloves, Muay Thai/Kickboxing shin guards or ATA Pro Line Foot & Shin Guards, a mouthpiece, and a protective cup (required for sparring). Come ready to work hard, have fun, and discover why you'll want to come back for the next one!

I/my child will not participate in this event with any health condition that threatens any person's health or safety. I authorize the event staff and volunteers to take all necessary steps regarding required medical attention (e.g., first aid, calling ambulance service, etc.). I agree that I shall be solely responsible for the costs associated with such medical attention and to indemnify and hold harmless the following “Released Parties” from costs incurred therein: American Taekwondo Association, Inc. (dba ATA International) and the event host; each of their owners, officers, directors, employees, and volunteers; each of their respective agents or assigns; and any other individual or entity associated with this event.

      PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE

      In consideration for being permitted to participate in this program, I agree that any photographs or videos taken of or by me/my child in connection with this event can be used by the Released Parties for publicity or promotion or any other purpose without compensation at this or any other time.

      WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

      I am fully aware of the inherent dangers in participating in activities involving Taekwondo and other martial arts, including the risks of personal injury, disability, death or loss or damage to property. I understand and agree that the Released Parties will not be responsible for my/my child's safety.

      In further consideration for being permitted to participate in this event, I assume any and all risks involved. I hereby waive, release, discharge and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all liability, claims and/or causes of action whatsoever that I/my child may have, whether foreseen or unforeseen, whether caused by the negligence of a Released Party or otherwise, arising out of my/my child's participation in this event; including any harm, injury, or damage that may befall me/my child while practicing or performing martial arts at any time or place, or while traveling to or from this event, and any damage, loss or theft of any personal property.

      This agreement and the rights of the parties hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas including all matters of construction, validity, performance, and enforcement and without giving effect to the principles of conflict of laws. Any action brought by any party hereto shall be brought in Little Rock, Arkansas.

      I have read this document and understand that it is a release of all liability and a waiver of the right to bring any claim for injury or loss arising out of this program or its related activities. I understand that this agreement shall remain binding during and after this event.

      COVID-19 WAIVER

      I understand that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and people with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.

      By registering for this event, I voluntarily assume these risks. I agree to exercise care to protect myself/my child and to assess our risks by considering our ages, underlying health conditions, recent travel, possible exposure to COVID-19, doctors' recommendations, and local, state and federal guidance. I agree and understand that it is my responsibility to evaluate the risks and protect myself/my child.

      I agree that I/my child will comply with all relevant federal, state and local laws and health orders. I also agree that I/my child will comply with the safety protocol established for this event.

      I agree that I/my child will not attend (and will not be permitted to enter) this event if I/my child or anyone in my/my child’s household (a) has been exposed to anyone with a suspected or confirmed case of COVID-19 within the 14 days preceding the event or (b) has had any known COVID-19 within the 24 hours preceding the event or exhibits any such symptoms on the day of the event.
