  • Is the time on the PCN the same as the time you were in the bus lane? (see time stamp on the video, by minute not seconds)
  • Is the location of the bus lane on the PCN clear? Eg if it's a long road do you know exactly where you got the ticket?
  • Unfortunately you do not have any obvious grounds for appeal. However all is not lost! You can still request a copy of the bus lane order and camera certification to check if there are any flaws. if your PCN was issued in London you can also request the authority attend an adjudication hearing and if they don't, you win by default. Many never attend. If you would like instructions and text to copy and paste to do this, click next.

  • Great news! Based on your answers you do have grounds for appeal.  Text you can use to appeal will be displayed here and also sent by email. If your PCN was in London and you decide to appeal to adjudicator, I will give instructions on how you can win by default if the authority don't appear at the hearing. You can go also back and edit your answers as many times as you like. Please be aware there is never any 'guarantee' to win an appeal.
