Section 9.3.4 of Chapter 5 of the Traffic Signs Manual from the DfT specifies there should be an advance warning sign to diagram 958 prior to the commencement of the bus lane. There isn't one at this site.

There was no sign to diagram 962 on the side road that I entered from in accordance with 9.3.15 from Chapter 5 of the DfT Traffic Signs Manual. This means I was not given adequate advance warning of the bus lane.

Section 9.3.5 of Chapter 5 of the Traffic Signs Manual from the DfT specifies the bus lane must have a regulatory sign in accordance with the TSRGD, diagram 959B at the to the start of the bus lane. There isn't one at this site. thus it is unenforceable.

Section 9.3.5 of Chapter 5 of the Traffic Signs Manual from the DfT specifies the bus lane must have a regulatory sign in accordance with the TSRGD, diagram 959B at the to the start of the bus lane. There isn't one before I entered the lane after turning from the side road. Thus it is unenforceable.

I had no choice but to enter the bus lane to avoid a collision with an oncoming vehicle.

My full vehicle did not enter the bus lane. It only slightly straddled it. This comes under de minimis.

I entered the bus lane purely to access a parking space which is located within the lane. I had no choice but to do this and there was no offence.

I entered the bus lane for less that 20 metres. This comes under de minimis. Please see London Tribunals case references 2130253836 and 2210480049 in which appeals were allowed on this basis.

Is the time on the PCN the same as the time you were in the bus lane? (see time stamp on the video, by minute not seconds)
No - is the time on the PCN the same

The time on the PCN is not the same as the time I stopped. The PCN is thus defective and unenforceable.

Is the location of the bus lane on the PCN clear? Eg if it's a long road do you know exactly where you got the ticket?
No it's not clear

The location of the alleged offence and bus lane is not clear and specific enough to enable me to know exactly where it occurred and review the location.
