Ownership & Rights: You represent and warrant that you own all rights to the submitted content, that you have the permission of any individuals appearing in the media to share their likeness, and that your submission does not infringe upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.
Safety & Product Use: You acknowledge that your media demonstrates the use of Safe Jack products. Safe Jack reserves the right to reject or remove any submissions that depict unsafe handling, improper product use, or violation of standard safety protocols.
No Compensation: You understand and agree that you will not receive any financial compensation, royalties, or attributes for the use of your submitted content.
Removal Requests: If you wish to have your submitted media removed from Safe Jack’s digital platforms in the future, you may contact our support team, and we will make reasonable efforts to remove it.
