Sponsorship Opportunity Levels
FHPW Star of Excellence
Individuals and organizations whose support will ensure the Federation is able to continue its work into the future. Sponsors at this level contribute $10,000 and will receive:
- Complimentary Table (Seats 10) with business logo and name displayed
- Special FHPW Awards Gala stage recognition. Recognizing the individual or organization significant contribution as making a difference towards FHPW's mission.
- 3-5 Minutes at the mic the evening of the WOE Gala
- Name recognition on the FHPW Website Wall of Disctinction page.
- Name and Logo included on:
- All Press Releases mentioned as a FHPW Legacy of Distinction sponsor
- Event Facebook Page as event Legacy of Distinction sponsor
- Event Program as FHPW Legacy of Distinction sponsor.

FHPW Legacy of Distinction
Individuals and organizations whose support will ensure the Federation is able to continue its work into the future. Sponsors at this level contribute $5,000 and will receive:
- Complimentary Table (Seats 8) with business logo and name displayed
- Special FHPW Professional Women's Conference stage recognition. Recognizing the individual or organization significant contribution as making a difference towards FHPW's mission.
- Name recognition on the FHPW Website Wall of Disctinction page

Individuals, member organizations, or corporate donors who support the Federation with a $250 contribution as recognition to women leaders that currently or in the past have made significant contributions to their organizations and communities and/or are a current Woman of Excellence will receive:

Includes Member Organization, Businesses, or Honoree who contribute $60 (Color) to congratulate their honoree in the Event Program. Content is pre-formatted with name of honoree and the individual or group name that is sponsoring the ad.
Advertisement Guidelines
Full page - 7"w x 9"h
Half page - 7"w x 4.5"h
Quarter page - 3.5"w x 4.5"h
1/8 page or business card size - 3.5"w x 2"h. Only horizontal business cards accepted. Portrait business cards must be reformatted to specific sizing standards.
Congratulatory ads are standard size and content preformatted. Contributors provide the name of the honoree and who is submitting the ad.
Image Format - Only ad submissions/images in either .PDF, .PNG or .JPG formats are accepted. Resolution must be 300 dpi.
Sponsorship Limitation(s)
A group of individuals or separate corporate/business sponsorship dollars cannot be combined to increase a sponsorship level resulting in separate individual or organizations each receiving identical sponsorship benefits based on total combined contribution. Member Organizations may combine individual member or corporate/business dollars on their behalf contributing to a single sponsorship level for the organization.
