    Tour Information & Registration Process

     

    Following an overwhelming number of Expressions of Interest, the formal registration process is now open. Due to unprecedented global tourism in Japan and the boutique scale of our featured venues, tour capacity is strictly limited. Places will be allocated on a strict first-come, first-served basis upon completion of this form and receipt of your deposit.

     

    Ticket Pricing 

    (PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS)

    Single = $19,000pp AUD

    1 person requiring their own room 


    Double/Twin = $17,000pp AUD

    2 people sharing accommodation (either as a couple or twin-share)

    *Important Notice: This tour is strictly for guests aged 18 and older due to the inclusion of licensed venues and legal drinking age restrictions in Japan.*


    Dates & Destinations:

    A 12-day, 11-night journey (28 August – 8 September 2027) spanning Tokyo, Obihiro, Sapporo, Sendai, and Kyoto.


    Key Highlights:

    Featured access to the Zenkyo Wagyu Olympics, exclusive farm tours, a carcase auction, an official Australian Embassy visit, and premium fine dining.

     

    Ticket Inclusions:

    All accommodation, 3 meals per day, all internal Japanese transport (bullet trains, charter buses, internal flights), two dedicated translators, and exclusive tour merchandise.


    International Flights:

    Attendees must arrive in Tokyo on the morning of Saturday 28 August 2027. You may book your own flights or request AWA’s travel agent to manage your booking at an additional cost.

    *Important Notice: If booking independently, you must arrive at Tokyo Haneda Airport by 5:30 AM to catch our connected 7:45 AM internal flight to Obihiro.*


    Special Note on Obihiro (Zenkyo) Accommodation:

    Demand for accommodation during the Zenkyo Wagyu Olympics is unprecedented. To eliminate a 4-hour daily commute, AWA has secured authentic regional lodging (including AirBnBs and resort cabins) just 40 minutes from the event for the first 3 nights. Please note that these initial nights will feature simpler, authentic lodgings with some shared amenities. AWA guarantees that the remainder of the tour will feature the premium, high-quality accommodation our members expect.

     

    Registration & Booking Requirements:

    Deposit:

    A 40% deposit per person is required at the end of this form.


    Rooming Options:

    You will be asked to select either Single (sole occupancy) or Double/Twin Share (sharing with a partner or peer).


    Identification:

    A clear copy of your passport must be uploaded during this registration. If you are currently renewing your passport, a driver’s licence is acceptable for initial bookings.


    Once capacity is reached, registration will automatically close and a waitlist will be established. Please proceed below to secure your place.
