Important Notes:
1) Transport pick up is only available from Sun 4 Oct to Tue 6 Oct 2026.
2) Transport pick up is for arrivals and departures at Melbourne Tullamarine Airport and Bendigo Airport only.
3) Transport is provided for participants staying at the official hotels only.
4) Airport pick up will operate between 9am–8pm; arrivals outside these times will need to manage their own transfers and/or accommodation.
5) Please notify the organiser if flight details change and pick up is no longer required.
6) Please complete and return this form by Friday 25 September 2026.
7) Requests for airport pick up after 25 September 2026 may not be included in the airport transfers due to transport planning timelines."Airport departures will be from official hotels and from the tournament venue.
8) Airport departures will ONLY be available between Sunday 11 October 2026 and Monday 12 October 2026 inclusive. Those staying in the official hotels who wish to leave Bendigo early can request for drop off at the Bendigo Train & Bus stations. Departure flight details must be confirmed at least two (2) days in advance to the Tournament organisers.
