This community has been created to provide educational resources, wellness information, support, activities, and various opportunities for women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and healthy aging. By joining this WhatsApp group, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Participant Consent
I understand that:
- Participation in this WhatsApp community is voluntary.
- This community is intended for educational, informational, and peer-support purposes only.
- This is not intended for medical consultations, booking appointments, emergencies, urgent concerns, or clinical advice.
- I will not advertise, promote, market, sell, or solicit products, nor will I share unrelated links or services within the group. Only content approved by RAK Hospital administrators may be shared for educational or community purposes.
By joining this community, I consent to receive:
- Educational health and wellness information.
- Updates regarding community activities and events.
- Invitations to webinars, workshops, and wellness sessions.
- Information regarding relevant women’s health and wellness services offered by RAK Hospital.
I understand that participation in any service, event, or activity remains entirely voluntary.
Respectful Community Behaviour
To ensure a positive experience for all participants:
- I agree to communicate respectfully and professionally with all members.
- I will not engage in bullying, harassment, discrimination, offensive language, personal attacks, or inappropriate behaviour.
- RAK Hospital reserves the right to moderate discussions and remove content deemed inappropriate, inaccurate, misleading, or inconsistent with community guidelines.
- I understand that RAK Hospital reserves the right to remove participants who violate guidelines and inappropriate conduct without prior notice.
Privacy & Confidentiality
To protect the privacy and safety of all participants:
- I agree not to share, forward, screenshot, copy, record, or distribute any messages, photographs, videos, personal information, or discussions from the group without the explicit consent of the individual concerned.
- I understand that other participants will be able to see my WhatsApp display name and phone number as part of normal WhatsApp functionality.
- I acknowledge that while RAK Hospital will make reasonable efforts to maintain a safe and respectful environment, confidentiality cannot be fully guaranteed on third-party platforms such as WhatsApp.
