2026 PSNZ Regional Interclub Entry Form

PSNZ South Island Regional Interclub Entry Form
Entry in the 2026 South Island Regional Interclub is open to all South Island PSNZ Affiliated clubs or societies.

An entry in the competition shall be made by a club or society only, and shall consist of a selection of six (6) images. There are no requirements for a set and each image will be classified as OPEN.

Prints and Digital images derived from the same digital image can only be shown as a print or digital image, not both, in any one year at a Regional Exhibition.

Each image needs to be given a number for the viewing order of the set 1,2..6. Please indicate this numbering in the image file name.

Each image also needs an image title, the photographers name and any photographers' Honours.

Entry in the Regional Interclub Competition is free.

Digital entries:

The digital images must be saved as a JPEG with a maximum of 3840 pixels on the horizontal side and 2160 pixels on the vertical side.

All print entries must include a return address label (in the PDF attached to your email confirmation).

Please indicate on your entry form whether you will pick up your set at the close of the Convention (Sun 18th Oct), or you would like your set couriered back to you.

If you select to have your set couriered back, please include a prepaid return label from NZ Post.

- Submitting your Entry
  
  1. Please ensure your entries are correct by pressing the Review Entry Form button. A review screen will appear for you to check. If there are errors on the form you will be instructed to fix them.
  
  2. If you had errors click the DONE button when you have fixed your errors, this will take you back to the Entry Form and you MUST click on the REVIEW Button again to be able to see the Green SUBMIT BUTTON.
  
  3. After you have reviewed your form, Click on the SUBMIT ENTRY BUTTON
  
  NOTE: If the Review button does not work, check your form for any missed input.
