  • Irrigation Packages:                                                           


    • Bronze Package: (Closing - Winterizing only) Winterizing of the system only. Maximum 1 man-hour per visit.


    • Silver Package: (Spring startup & closing) Maximum 1 man-hour per visit, initial spring startup with seasonal settings, and a fall shutdown to prepare for winter months. The cost of all new parts and labour (time) exceeding one hour is not included and will be charged extra. 

    • Gold Package: (Open & Closing + 1 visit) Maximum 1 man-hour per visit, Deluxe program with spring startup, 1 visit to monitor & adjust system operation for prevailing weather, fall shutdown included. The cost of all new parts and labour (time) exceeding one hour is not included and will be charged extra.


    • Platinum Package: (Open & Closing + 3 visits) Maximum 1 man-hour per visit, Premium program with spring startup and 3 timely visits for summer months to check system operation and reset for prevailing weather to help conserve water & spot small problems before they become big ones. Concludes with fall shutdown. The cost of all new parts and labour (time) exceeding one hour is not included and will be charged extra.

    • Backflow Test: The bylaw states that backflow prevention devices must be tested yearly to ensure they are working correctly and in accordance with the municipalities building code.

    WATERLOO CUSTOMERS ONLY: The city will now charge you directly for the test report & tag* 

    Backflow devices can only be tested by a certified tester.

     

    Please Note:
    • Spring startup – prepares system for season long operation. May – June.
    • Fall shut down – prepares system for winter. October - November.
    • Visit – each visit is a maximum of 1 man-hour or 2 men @ 30 mins.

  • • The cost of all new parts & Labour (time) exceeding one hour is not included In any of the above programs and will be charged extra.

    • All Package holders are entitled to a 10% discount on parts & 10% labour discount (time).

    • Package holders receive top priority when they require service.

    • Maintenance services will be performed between May 1st and November 30th – Weather permitting.

    • If the customer is not home for a scheduled visit and our technician cannot perform the scheduled service, a return service call fee of $68.00 will be applied to the account.

    • The minimum requirement to maintain your 5-year warranty (after installation) is the silver package.

    • All packages are prepaid; accounts must be current to receive any service, including winterizing.

    • Annual Service Agreements do not cover additional service requests*

    • Fuel Surcharges are applicable.

    • 2% interest per month, or 26.824% per annum service charge on overdue accounts.

    Payment Terms: Discounted pricing applies only to packages purchased on or before April 15. Packages purchased after April 15 are subject to standard pricing. 

    Payment Options: Payment can be completed online at checkout. If needed, an invoice with a secure payment link may also be sent to the provided email address. E-Transfer is also accepted at Ken@myrain.com.
