US Open Registration

REGISTRATION CLOSES ON SEPTEMBER 16TH 11:59PM ET.

REGISTRATIONS FOR EACH DISCIPLINE ARE AVAILABLE WHILE SPOTS LAST, SO SIGN UP WHILE THERE'S STILL SPACE!

 

If you are registering for a Duals team, both partners must submit a registration form to play as a team. If one partner does not, the Duals team member who did register will be refunded and the team will be removed from the bracket. Team Relay team members may also register on site.

Pro Hatchet - $150 per competitor - 64 Competitors Maximum

Am Hatchet - $100 per competitor - 64 Competitors Maximum

Big Axe - $125 per competitor - 64 Competitors Maximum

Hatchet Duals - $150 per team - 32 Teams Maximum

Knife - $125 per competitor - 64 Competitors Maximum

Knife Duals - $150 per team - 32 Teams Maximum

Team Relay - $60 per team

REGISTRATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Payment
   By completing registration and submitting payment for the US Open, the registrant confirms their intent to participate in the selected discipline(s) and agrees to these Terms and Conditions. Registration is not considered complete until payment has been received in full. WATL and the The Axe Trap equally reserve the right to verify eligibility requirements and deny or revoke registration if a participant does not meet applicable participation requirements.
2. Payment
   All US Open registration fees must be paid in full at the time of registration. A completed registration and payment secures the participant’s placement in the selected discipline(s), subject to eligibility requirements and tournament capacity.
3. Refunds
   Cancellations requested on or before August 17, 2026 will be eligible for a refund of entry fees, less any applicable processing or administrative fees. Cancellations requested after August 17, 2026 are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, cancellations due to personal schedule conflicts, travel issues, illness, changes in availability, or other circumstances outside of WATL’s control.
4. Hurricane Reschedule Policy
   In the event that a hurricane or other severe weather event impacts the safety, accessibility, or feasibility of hosting the US Open as scheduled, WATL reserves the right to postpone and reschedule the tournament to a later date. If the tournament is rescheduled, registrations will automatically transfer to the new tournament date unless otherwise communicated by WATL. Participants who are unable to attend the rescheduled date may be provided additional options at WATL and The Axe Trap's discretion. Participants are encouraged to purchase travel insurance that includes coverage for weather-related cancellations, delays, and changes to travel plans. WATL nor The Axe Trap are not responsible for costs associated with travel, accommodations, transportation, or other personal expenses incurred by participants due to a postponement, rescheduling, or cancellation.
5. Agreement
   By completing registration, the registrant acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions, including all payment requirements, refund limitations, and event policies.
