Rental Terms and Conditions
1. Loss and Damage Waiver: The Client assumes full responsibility for the rental equipment from the time of delivery/pickup until it is returned to ReadyKiosk. The Client agrees to keep the equipment in a secure, weather-protected environment. In the event that the equipment is lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed during the rental period, the Client agrees to pay the full retail replacement cost or repair costs of the equipment within 7 business days of the event conclusion. Normal wear and tear is excluded.
2. Limitation of Liability: ReadyKiosk provides all rental equipment "as is" and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding its performance or suitability for a specific event. ReadyKiosk shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, profits, or event disruption, arising out of the use, failure, or malfunction of the rental equipment. The total liability of ReadyKiosk for any claim arising under this agreement shall not exceed the total rental fee paid by the Client.
3. Binding Agreement: By typing your name and providing your digital signature below, you certify that you are an authorized representative of the booking party, have read and understood these terms, and agree to be legally bound by them.
