Performance Guidelines and Expectations
- Each group will receive one complimentary ticket per performer. Friends and family who wish to attend and watch the performance must purchase an event ticket at TheLightsOfChristmas.com. We encourage guests to purchase tickets as early as possible, as event nights can sell out. To be fair to all guests, we are unable to make exceptions for additional attendees once a night has reached capacity.
- Groups are responsible for providing their own sound equipment, extension cords, and any necessary helpers. The Lights of Christmas does not provide these items.
Power availability is limited. Please plan accordingly and bring any equipment needed to support your performance.
- One group is scheduled per evening. Standard performance times are 5:30 PM, 6:30 PM, 7:30 PM, and 8:30 PM unless alternate arrangements have been approved in advance.
- Each performance set is 30 minutes in length.
- Setup must be completed, and all vehicles must be parked in designated parking areas by 4:45 PM.
- All performance opportunities at The Lights of Christmas are volunteer-based and non-paid.
- Submission of this inquiry form does not guarantee acceptance. Groups selected to perform will receive a separate confirmation and acceptance email.
