Irvine Chinese Immersion Preschool

 2026-2027 Admission Agreement

The center is licensed under the California Department of Social Services to provide daycare for preschool age children. The program runs a full 5-day-per-week schedule following the Irvine Chinese Immersion Preschool 2026-2027 calendar. The school time is 8:30 am to 4:00 pm daily with optional extended care services.

Enrollment Policy:

• The center admits 3 to 5 years old, fully potty trained students.
• The full school year commitment is required to enroll in the program.
• Under licensing (State) requirement, all students must submit the completed required documents (including: Admission Agreement, Completed Immunization records, personal right, parents’ rights, Child’s Physician Report, Emergency Information, Consent for Emergency Medical Treatment, Parent Handbook Agreement, Preadmission Health History and other related forms) before attending the programs or else will not be eligible for attending the program.
• The extended care (8:00-8:30 am or 4:00-5:30 pm) is optional and will be charged separately upon request of the services.

Payment Policy:

2. The one-time registration fee of $250 and the first tuition installment of $1,890 is required at the time of registration and is non-refundable and non-transferable.
3. Installment Plan: The total amount of the tuition fees for the school year is divided into 10 equal installments and are to be paid on a monthly basis. The first payment (registration fee and the first tuition installment) is due upon the issuance of the invoices. The payment method on file will be automatically charged for the recurring 9 remaining installments from July 1st, 2026 to March 1st, 2027.
4. Early Bird Discount: If families follow the email prompts to complete the registration steps - completion of the online application on Sycamore by 11:59 PM on April 15, 2026, and the full 1st invoiced payment by 11:59 PM on May 15, 2026 - they will qualify for a $250 Early Bird Discount applies to each student’s tuition. If te payment is not received by this deadline, the discount will be removed from the family account.
5. All program fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, including illness.
6. Tuition is NOT reduced or pro-rated due to scheduled closures, absences, illness or vacation. In addition, there is NO reduction fee nor makeup days for absences, illness or vacation.
7. Students who arrive before 8:30 am or depart after 4:00 pm will be billed for Drop-In extended care services.
8. Late Pick-Up Fees: For the safety of your child, please pick up promptly. The program closes promptly at 5:30pm. A Late Pick-Up Fee of $20.00 is assessed for each fifteen minutes per child beginning at 5:31pm. After 5:30 pm, our staff will contact parents by phone for your child.
9. If an early withdrawal becomes necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, you must inform the school of the cancellation of the student's final upcoming month of attendance. A withdrawal requested during the current month will take effect in the subsequent month, and the tuition fees will not be prorated, and missing attendance will be marked as Absent in the class by the teacher. The student tuition installment payment plan will be canceled for the family account. The automatic payment for installments will be deactivated in the upcoming month.
