• Basketball Skills Camps

    Join Gameday Sports Academy and 7 Days Basketball for a free Basketball Skills Camp designed for 1st–8th grade boys and girls. Players will work on fundamentals, skill development, confidence, competition, and most importantly have a great time. Only the first 50 kids will be accepted into each camp.

  • Participant Release of Liability Waiver

    1) I hereby acknowledge and understand that participation in sports and physical activities involves inherent risks of injury. I am voluntarily participating in activities at Gameday Sports Academy, an indoor multisport facility, and I hereby assume full responsibility for any and all risks, injuries, or damages that may occur as a result of my participation.

    2) I release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Gameday Sports Academy, its owners, employees, instructors, and agents from any and all liability for any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from my participation in activities at the facility. This waiver includes, but is not limited to, injuries or damages caused by the negligence of Gameday Sports Academy or its personnel.

    3) I understand that this waiver applies to all activities at Gameday Sports Academy, including but not limited to sports training, open gym, fitness classes, and any other events or programs hosted by the facility.

    4) I acknowledge that I have carefully read and fully understand this waiver and voluntarily sign it as my own free act and deed. I further agree that this waiver is binding upon my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.

    5)  I also acknowledge that photographs and video may be taken of me in my participation in, and attendance at this event or club activity, and hereby freely agree to allow without restriction all uses of such photos and videos in the reporting of club activities, special race, and/or in the promotion of such, its location, other sporting events, sport in general, and/or related purposes.

    By signing below I acknowledge that I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT AND THE CANCELLATION POLICY, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT, AND SIGN IT FREELY.
