At this time, CSFC will be invoicing all registrations. Please note that CSFC does not accept credit card payment for the Summit. Invoices will be mailed out weekly.
Cancellation Policy

The CSFC office must receive written notice of cancellation before 5:00 p.m. on Monday, August 10, 2026 in order to receive a full refund. Substitutions are allowed for employees of the same organization, at no additional charge.
- Cancellations received after August 10, 2026 will be subject to a $200 cancellation fee.
- If notice of cancellation is not received by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, August 31, 2026, a refund will not be issued and payment will be due for any outstanding balance.
- Registrations made on or after 5:00 p.m. on Monday, August 31, 2026, or no shows, are not eligible for refunds.
