Rider Risk Acknowledgement
Mountain biking is an inherently risky activity, and enduro racing increases that risk. Even though this race series is designed to be fun, low-pressure, and community-focused, riders will still be riding timed stages on real trails with natural and built features.
By participating, riders understand that mountain biking and racing may involve risks such as crashes, falls, collisions, mechanical issues, changing trail conditions, weather, heat, fatigue, injury, or damage to personal equipment.
Trails may include rocks, roots, loose dirt, mud, wet surfaces, berms, jumps, drops, bridges, blind corners, steep sections, and other natural or man-made features. Conditions can change quickly due to weather, trail use, or other riders.
Riders are responsible for riding within their own ability, checking their bike before racing, wearing a helmet, bringing water, following event instructions, and making safe decisions on course. Riders are never required to ride a feature or section they are not comfortable with.
The Tuesday Enduro Race Series will run rain or shine when conditions are safe, but racing may be delayed, changed, or cancelled due to thunder, lightning, unsafe weather, poor trail conditions, or other safety concerns.
Riders should come prepared for the conditions, especially during hot weather. Bring water, consider electrolytes, take breaks when needed, and stop riding if you feel dizzy, overheated, weak, sick, or unsafe.
All riders must respect other riders, volunteers, trail users, and the trails. Unsafe riding, course cutting, timing interference, or disrespectful behaviour may result in removal from the event or disqualification.
By checking the box below, I acknowledge that I have read and understand the risks of participating in the Tuesday Enduro Race Series. I understand that mountain biking and racing can result in injury, serious injury, or equipment damage, and I agree to participate responsibly and ride within my limits.
