Safety and Liability Agreement

Volunteer Agreement
I understand that my participation at the Islamic Community Centre of Milton (ICCM) & Islamic Circle of North America Milton (ICNA Milton) is voluntary. I am solely responsible for my safety and insurance during all ICCM & ICNA related activities, including events and collaborations. I release ICCM & ICNA from any liability for injuries or damages incurred while volunteering.

Confidentiality Agreement
As a volunteer, I may access sensitive information about ICCM & ICNA, its members, and operations. I agree to keep all such information strictly confidential and not disclose it without ICCM or ICNA’s written consent. This obligation continues after my volunteer role ends.
Any work or materials I create for ICCM & ICNA become ICCM & ICNA’s exclusive property. I will not represent ICCM & ICNA publicly without written authorization.
Confidentiality does not apply to information that becomes public through no fault of mine or is lawfully obtained from a third party.
