  • I acknowledge that I have read and understand the following:

    • Vehicle condition and detailing results vary based on age, maintenance history, and existing wear.
    • While Kinetic Car Care strives to achieve the highest practical level of cleanliness and presentation, some permanent defects—including scratches, chips, stains, oxidation, discoloration, excessive pet hair, and other forms of wear or damage—may not be fully removable.
    • Vehicles requiring excessive labor due to severe contamination (including heavy pet hair, mud, sand, biohazards, or excessive debris) may require additional time and charges, which will always be discussed and approved before work begins.
    • Existing damage may be documented with photographs prior to service.
    • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon.
    • I agree to inspect the completed service upon completion and notify Kinetic Car Care of any concerns before the service professional departs whenever possible.
    • I understand that Kinetic Car Care reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at its sole discretion. If service cannot be performed due to the vehicle's condition or other circumstances, I will be notified before any work begins.
