THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY, READ BEFORE SIGNING.
This agreement releases Boston Cantonese Club, from all liability relating to injuries that may occur during one of its events. By signing this agreement, I agree to hold Boston Cantonese Club entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries, regardless of whether injuries are cause by negligence.
I am participating voluntarily, and I acknowledge the risks involved in this activity. These include but are not limited to physical or psychological injury, pain, suffering, illness, disfigurement, disability, and economic or emotional loss. Additionally, I do not have any conditions that will increase my likelihood of experiencing injuries while engaging in this activity.
I acknowledge that I have carefully read this form and fully understand that it is a release of liability. I expressly agree to release and discharge Boston Cantonese Club and its representatives from any and all claims or causes of action and I agree to voluntarily give up or waive any right that I may otherwise have to bring a legal action for personal injury or property damage.
