Please complete this form and bring your artwork to the gallery on Intake dates. Artwork Labels will be provided at check in.

ARTWORK WILL BE UPLOADED TO OUR ONLINE STORE AFTER INTAKE. PLEASE UPLOAD YOUR PHOTOS TO HELP THIS PROCESS GO QUICKLY! THEN REMEMBER TO SHARE OUR WEBSITE SO WE CAN SELL YOUR WORK!

Instructions:
- Use PROPER capitalization. (NOT ALL CAPS PLEASE!)
- Use a $ before your sale amount (ex: $200); no cents please.
- Submit glare free photos. Remove glass being take photos or edit them out after the fact.
- Add the size of your ACTUAL artwork AND the size of the OUTSIDE EDGES of your frame if applicable.
This process works best on a desktop/laptop computer vs cell phone or tablet.
