Participation & Physical Activity
I understand that acro dance classes involve physical activity including stretching, balancing, tumbling, flexibility work, strength exercises, partner work, and other movement-based activities. As with any physical activity, there is a risk of injury which may include, but is not limited to:
Sprains and strains
Bruising
Muscle soreness
Falls
Broken bones
Other minor or serious injuries
I confirm that my child is physically fit and able to participate in acro classes and that I will inform Megan Jones School of Performing Arts of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or additional needs that may affect participation.
