Thought Resolution Protocol^TM (TRP^TM) Advanced Training Program

This is an application for a candidate participant to be considered for registration.  This application is to be submitted for review.  The applicant will be notified within 7 to 10 business days of decision.  If accepted into the program a link will be provided for the applicant to make the refundable deposit for the class.  The refundable deposit must be received by TRUCE Dispute Resolution Firm, LLC within 36 hours of notification of acceptance into the program. All materials and course information will be provided upon receipt of the refundable deposit.

The deadline for application submission is September 12, 2026.  Only sixteen participants will be selected to participate in the program. 

Course Schedule: September 28, 2026 - October 23, 2026

Days/Times: Monday through Friday, 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM Central Time (80 Live Interactive Video Classroom Hours)

Please read and check the agreement box below before signing:

1. Attendance & Visibility: I must attend every scheduled class block from September 28, 2026 to October 23, 2026 and be full face visible within the camera frame, or I will face immediate financial deductions/forfeiture as outlined in the course agreement.

2. 3-Day Withdrawal Rule: If I voluntarily withdraw or drop out of this program at any point more than three (3) days after the course commences on September 28, 2026, all funds submitted—including my entire compliance deposit or flat tuition fee—are instantly and completely forfeited to TRUCE, regardless of the underlying reason.

3. No Guarantee of Assignments: Successful completion of this course qualifies me for potential roster placement but does not guarantee case assignments or clinical trial placement from TRUCE. TRUCE retains absolute administrative discretion to select graduates who best meet client and project needs.

4. Punctuality: Arriving 15 minutes or more late to any class session constitutes a $25.00 deduction from the due refund. Each 15 minutes the student is late thereafter on that same date incurs a $25 deduction from the due refund.

5. Classroom Environment: Zero audio or visual distractions are permitted during class sessions. Any violation results in a $25.00 deduction per occurrence. Additional occurrences after notification of the distraction incurs a $25.00 deduction per incident, per day.

6. Missed Sessions: Missing a class session results in a $100.00 deduction.

Make-Up Protocol: To maintain eligibility for your remaining deposit, you must watch the session video, pass a comprehension quiz with an 85% or higher, and submit it within 48 hours of the missed session.

7. Late Assignments: Late submission of coursework results in a $25.00 deduction per day past the deadline.

8. Final Evaluations: Participants must achieve an 85% or higher on both the final written evaluation and the video demonstration evaluation within 90 days of course completion. Failure to pass within 90 days results in the complete forfeiture of the deposit.

• One written final evaluation score if 85% or higher
• 2 produced mock mediation videos 15 to 20 minutes in length demonstrating participant demonstrating their ability to apply the TRP approach.  Participant must cast at least two individuals to serve as role players for their demonstration and submit the production to TRUCE for evaluation. Must achieve a final evaluation score of 85% or higher. 

Students that do not achieve a score of 85% or higher on either the written on the mock mediation demonstration, may schedule a re-test and/or submit another mock mediation demonstration within 90 days of course completion.  If 85% or higher is achieved on both evaluations in that timeframe the student is considered to have successfully completed the course and is eligible for a full refund of the course minus any deductions that may have occurred during the course.

9. Post-Course Book Review Requirement

Within 90 days of successfully completing the instructional portion of the class, the participant must write and submit an earnest, detailed review of the course textbook, Shifting the Conflict Resolution Paradigm: Mediating Disputes with the Thought Resolution Protocol™.

 

Content Requirement: The review must articulate a deep understanding of the methodology and include mandatory citations of practical examples from the book, training, or simulated scenarios to ground every major opinion or observation rendered.

10. Automatic Expulsion Thresholds: A participant will be immediately expelled from the course and forfeit their entire $800.00 deposit upon meeting any of the following conditions:

•  Accumulating 3 missed sessions.
•  Accumulating $400.00 or more in total deductions from any combination of infractions (tardiness, distractions, late assignments, or missed sessions).
•  Engaging in contentious disruptions with instructors or participants.

11. Behavioral Expulsion Policy: TRUCE maintains an absolute zero-tolerance policy for behavioral disruptions. If TRUCE management deems my conduct disruptive to the learning environment, instructional staff, or peers, I may be immediately expelled from the course with total forfeiture of all deposits or tuition payments.

12. Confidentiality and Non-Disparagement

• Confidentiality: The participant agrees not to disclose, share, reproduce, record, or distribute any class materials, proprietary frameworks, or documents with any third party under any circumstances.
• Non-Disparagement: The participant agrees not to make any disparaging, negative, or defamatory statements—verbally, in writing, or across any digital or public platform—regarding the class, the curriculum, the methodology, or the instructors.

12. Rigorous Adherence to TRP Structure: 

The TRP™ is highly structured and participants are required to adhere strictly to the TRP™ language.  A commitment to this structure is required for successful completion of this course.

13. Finality of Decisions: All administrative, compliance, grading, and refund determinations made by TRUCE management are final, binding, and non-appealable.
