Waiver of Liability
Please carefully read and review this document before signing it.
In consideration of the acceptance of my registration, I do hereby forever waive, release, and discharge all of the organizers of the Pielgrzymka Rowerowa in New Jersey and all other affiliates of all claims and damages, demands, and actions whatsoever, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence, in any manner arising out of my participation in the Pielgrzymka Rowerowa, any act or omission of any kind by the organizers of Pielgrzymka Rowerowa and any condition, circumstance or event whatsoever occurring during my participation in Pielgrzymka Rowerowa.
I acknowledge that I am personally responsible for my health and safety at all times. This means that I assume, on my behalf, all risk of injury or death due to any circumstances known or unknown, including all environmental and weather conditions during Pielgrzymka Rowerowa.
I furthermore acknowledge and understand that the organizers are not medically trained and that there will be no trained medical staff to assist participants during this event. This means that the organizers, other participants, or non-registrants of this event may provide me with advice, assistance, treatment, care, or aid; however, they are acting on their own initiative and not under the authority or direction of the organizers or any other affiliates of Pielgrzymka Rowerowa.
I attest that I am 21 years of age or older, that I have full knowledge of the risks involved, and that I am physically fit to participate in this event. Furthermore, I hereby grant full permission for any and all of the pictures, recordings, and any other event record to be used for legitimate purposes, including marketing and advertising of this event, without compensation or copyright infringement.
I declare that I have read, acknowledge, and understand the contents of this Waiver of Liability and that I have signed this document of my own free will and with full understanding that I am giving up certain legal rights to sue the organizers of Pielgrzymka Rowerowa and all other affiliates for damages due to injuries which may occur to me while on Pielgrzymka Rowerowa. I also understand that I may leave this event at any time of my own free will and that I am responsible for my own transportation at any point or at the end of Pielgrzymka Rowerowa.
Regulamin Pielgrzymki Rowerowej
Pielgrzymka rowerowa Mężczyzn Św. Józefa jest przede wszystkim wydarzeniem Duchowym. Jest okazją do spotkania z Bogiem a także z drugim człowiekiem i czasem zatrzymania się na chwilę w biegu życia. Aby jak najlepiej przeżyć ten czas, organizator (Mężczyźni Św. Józefa) zaplanował różne formy wspólnej oraz osobistej modlitwy. Żadna z proponowanych form nie jest przymusowa, a jedynie jest propozycją do głębszego wejścia w tajemnicę naszej wiary i Stwórcy. Dlatego gorąco zachęcamy i zapraszamy do przeżycia tego szczególnego czasu na trzeźwo, z otwartą głową i przede wszystkim otwartym sercem.
1. Koszt Pielgrzymki Rowerowej — $250 (płatne przelewem przed pielgrzymką lub w dniu zbiórki). Po odliczeniu kosztów całość zostanie przekazana na cele charytatywne. Jeśli koszt Pielgrzymki jest przeszkodą w uczestnictwie, prosimy o bezpośredni kontakt z organizatorami osobiście.
2. Msza Święta o godzinie 5:30 a.m. (możliwość spowiedzi przed Mszą Św.)
3. Każdy uczestnik powinien mieć ze sobą: sprawny rower z pełnym wyposażeniem — oświetlenie przód i tył, zapasową dętkę, kask; różaniec; bidon na picie, napój energetyzujący lub pastylki energetyzujące; namiot, karimata, śpiwór; przybory higieny osobistej.
4. Wyjazd zaraz po Mszy Świętej.
5. Długość trasy: Dzień 1 — 48 mil / Dzień 2 — 35 mil / Dzień 3 — 18 mil.
6. Nocleg w namiotach na prywatnym polu namiotowym.
7. Pielgrzymka Mężczyzn Św. Józefa jest wydarzeniem BEZALKOHOLOWYM.
8. Po przyjeździe do Amerykańskiej Częstochowy Msza Św. o godzinie 12:30 lub 9:30 (do ustalenia).
9. Po Mszy Świętej powrót do domu we własnym zakresie.
10. Każdy uczestnik zobowiązuje się przestrzegać niniejszego Regulaminu Pielgrzymki Rowerowej.
11. Każdy uczestnik dba o porządek na postojach i noclegach.
12. Regulamin podczas jazdy: Grupa porusza się jeden za drugim; nie można wyprzedzać osoby wyznaczonej do prowadzenia grupy; w terenie miejskim nie jedziemy obok siebie; NIE ŚCIGAMY SIĘ; podczas stromych zjazdów zwracamy uwagę na innych uczestników oraz ruch dookoła siebie; nigdy nie wyprzedzamy samochodu pielgrzymkowego; ostrzegamy się głosowo o niebezpieczeństwach na drodze (barierki, wąskie przejazdy, strumyki, inne przeszkody); trzymamy się planu czasowego, ile to możliwe, ale słuchamy decyzji organizatorów; podczas jazdy w parku ostrzegamy innych uczestników ruchu o nadjeżdżającej grupie, wyprzedzamy po lewej i ostrzegamy — "ON YOUR LEFT".
Oświadczam, że zapoznałem się z regulaminem i zobowiązuję się do jego przestrzegania.
