    The Youth Tutoring Foundation (YTF) is a youth-led organization committed to empowering those in need through free tutoring services. Our mission is to break the poverty cycle by providing equal opportunities through education for all. 
  • We are searching for leaders who meet these following requirements:

    Available 3-4 hours per week (minimum)
    Live in British Columbia
    Responsible, passionate, diligent, and take initiative

    We are currently recruiting youth leaders for our 2026-2027 team. As this will be our first year running this nonprofit, there are several executive positions available:


    Academic Mentor:

    Dedicates a minimum of 3 hours weekly in order to tutor students online
    Must be a diligent student with high marks, capable of teaching a variety of subjects and grade levels
    Puts aside time outside of class to answer any student questions and prepare for lessons
    Gathers teaching materials for lessons

    Chapter Lead: (unavaliable for RCS students)

    Opens a club representing our nonprofit at their school
    Hosts consistent club meetings for students to tutor each other
    Holds events to raise funds for YTF

    Marketing

    Regularly creates engaging social media posts and campaigns in order to promote YTF across BC

    Administration Manager:

    Matches students with appropriate tutors who fit their needs
    Schedules online lessons 
    Answers any registration questions students’ may have

    Fundraising/Sponsorships

    Takes the initiative to regularly search for sponsors in order to raise funds for YTF
    Does not hesitate to send cold emails and or even attend in-person meetings to secure sponsorships
