Vendor Agreement
Please read the following carefully before submitting your application.
By checking the box below, you acknowledge and agree that:
• Submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance into the Malvern Urban Farmers Market. All applications are reviewed to ensure a balanced mix of vendors and products.
• Shopping It Local and the Malvern Family Resource Centre reserve the right to approve, decline, or waitlist any application at their sole discretion.
• Vendors are responsible for ensuring they have any permits, licences, certifications, or approvals required to legally operate their business and sell their products.
• Vendors are responsible for setting up and operating their booth in a safe, clean, and professional manner.
• Vendors are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward shoppers, fellow vendors, volunteers, staff, and event organizers at all times.
• Vendors are responsible for their own equipment, inventory, personal belongings, and any damage caused by their booth or activities.
• Electricity is available only in limited locations and cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed by the organizers.
• Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tent, tables, chairs, displays, and other equipment unless rental arrangements have been made in advance.
• Vendor fees are non-refundable unless an event is cancelled by the organizers. Approved requests for date changes may be accommodated at the organizers' discretion, subject to availability.
• Vendors are encouraged to carry their own business liability insurance if appropriate for their products or services. Insurance is the responsibility and discretion of each vendor.
• Shopping It Local reserves the right to remove any vendor whose products, conduct, or display does not align with the values, policies, or safety requirements of the event.
