Wells Western Ranch provides comprehensive programs for differently abled individuals using horses to facilitate growth, learning, and healing. Our mission is to create a supportive environment where everyone can thrive.
Populations Served
We serve children and adults with disabilities, as well as able-bodied children and adults. Our inclusive programs are open to all who can benefit from equine-assisted activities.
Volunteer Policies
Volunteers are essential to our success. Please note: Volunteers do not receive wages, but may receive a stipend at the owner’s discretion. There is zero tolerance for child or animal abuse. Certain felony histories may disqualify volunteers. Background checks are required for volunteers 18 and older. All volunteers must agree to follow ranch rules provided at orientation.
