By paying for my design and using the submit button below I aknowledge and agree to the following:
☐ The $10 custom design deposit is nonrefundable and will be applied towards my final order if I order custom Products.
☐ My order will not enter production until I have approved the final design proof and paid the remaining balance of the invoice in full.
☐ My design deposit includes one initial proof and up to two reasonable revisions. Additional revisions or a completely new design direction may require an additional fee of $5.00. Once I approve the proof, changes to the design will require an additional fee of $5.00 and will delay production.
☐ I am responsible for checking all names, dates, spelling, telephone numbers, addresses, sizes, colors, and other information before approving my proof for printing.
☐ Colors may appear differently on the screen than they appear on the finished product.
☐ Handmade products may contain slight variations. These variations are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.
☐ Custom and personalized products are final sale unless Oak & Ember Creations made an error or the product arrived defective.
☐ Production turnaround begins after final design approval and full payment is received, not on the date this request form is submitted and takes 3-5 days for production. Requested completion dates are not guaranteed until confirmed by Oak & Ember Creations.
☐ I own or have permission to reproduce the photographs, logos, wording, and artwork I submitted.
☐ I understand that Oak & Ember Creations may refuse content that is unlawful, hateful, threatening, sexually exploitative, or believed to infringe intellectual-property rights.
