  • Thank you for your interest in being a vendor! The Friends of Tri-City Animal Shelter are excited to hold this craft fair to raise funds to support the needs of the animals who come to the Tri-City Animal Shelter and Adoption Center lost, neglected and looking for their fur-ever homes.

  • The shelter is located @ 1150 E. Pleasant Run Road, Cedar Hill, TX and serves the communities of Cedar Hill, Duncanville and DeSoto. Hours of operation are Tuesday-Saturday 10-6. Vendor fees help support the care, feeding, and medical needs of the shelter animals as well as projects not funded in their budget.

  • WHAT YOU CAN SELL:

  • We welcome items that are consistent with a family-friendly environment:

    ● Handmade crafts and artisan goods

    ● Clothing, jewelry, and home décor

    ● Books, artwork, and gifts

    ● Pre-packaged or prepared food and non-alcoholic beverages

    ● Faith-based or inspirational products

    ● Small business goods that reflect integrity and wholesome values

  • WHAT YOU CANNOT SELL:

  • To ensure alignment with our mission, the following are not permitted:

    ● Alcohol, tobacco, vaping products, or drugs

    ● Gambling-related items or activities (raffles require approval)

    ● Sexually explicit, suggestive, or inappropriate materials

    ● Items promoting beliefs or messages that conflict with biblical Christian values

    ● Occultic, witchcraft-related, or Halloween-themed items

    ● Weapons, firearms, fireworks, or hazardous materials

    ● Profane, vulgar, or offensive merchandise

  • GUIDELINES:

  • Set up a vendor booth in your assigned space

    ● Engage customers in a friendly, respectful way

    ● Promote your products (within your booth area)

    ● Offer samples of food (if approved and compliant with health guidelines)

    ● Accept payments (cash, card, digital)

    ● Decorate your table (freestanding onlys)

  • Please Refrain from:

    • Promoting messages or activities that conflict with DFBC's Christian mission
    • Use DFBC's name or logo without permission
    • Announce or promote through any DFBC journey groups or information channels
    • Use alcohol, smoke/vape, or bring prohibited substances on campus
    • Play loud music, create disruptions, or interfere with other vendors
    • Attach anything to walls, doors, or furniture (no tape, nails, etc.)
    • Bring weapons, hazardous items, or open flames
    • Sell or display inappropriate, offensive, or non-family-friendly content
    • Record or livestream without prior approval
  • EXPECTED CONDUCT:

  • All vendors and guests are expected to:
    • Treat others with kindness, respect, and integrity
    • Maintain a family-friendly atmosphere
    • Follow all DFBC staff directions and event guidelines
    • Comply with all local, state, and federal laws
    • Help create a welcoming environment for all attendees
    (DFBC reserves the right to remove any vendor or guest not meeting these expectations.)
  • FACILITY CARE:

    • Leave your space clean and as you found it
    • Remove all trash and personal items
    • Report any spills or issues immediately
    • Vendors are responsible for any damage caused
  • IMPORTANT NOTES:

    • All vendors must have any required permits/licenses
    • Food vendors must follow applicable health guidelines
    • Church staff may be present to oversee and assist
