Custom Tumbler Payment and Approval Policy:

Full payment is required when the custom order is placed.

Custom and personalized items are made specifically for each customer and cannot be resold.

A digital design proof and two revisions will be provided for approval before production begins.

The price includes up to two minor revisions.

Major design changes or changes to the original order may require an additional design fee. Once the customer approves the design and production has started, the order cannot be canceled, changed, refunded, or exchanged.

Oak & Ember Creations is not responsible for spelling, names, dates, colors, or other details that are approved by the customer. Production time begins after the final design has been approved.
