Assistant Manager: $20/hr | Full-Time | Reports to Studio Manager | Supports daily ops, serves as manager on duty, assists hiring, oversees events, handles customer issues, processes payments with manager sign-off
Studio Attendant / Key Holder: $17/hr | Full-Time | Key holder | Front desk & check-in host, walk-in guest support, standard payment processing only, studio cleanliness, opening/closing duties, Create & Go tip pool
Event Staff: $16/hr | Part-Time rotating | Event setup/breakdown, host art parties (kids & adult), guide activities, collect payments at party end (no discounts/refunds), Events tip pool, weekends required
Café / Concession Staff: $15/hr | Part-Time rotating | Operate concession stand, prepare specialty drinks, card payments only, daily setup/breakdown, transition to coffee service around Month 6, tip eligible
Art Instructor: $16/hr | Part-Time/Seasonal | Summer Art Academy Mon–Thu 9AM–3PM (ages 5–12), school vacation sessions, after school programming Oct–May (ages 5–17), lesson planning, STEAM projects, parent communication
Operations & Administrative Coordinator: $18/hr | Part-Time/Hybrid | Membership management, artist display program, vendor coordination, booking support, admin/clerical tasks, 4 days/week 4–6 hrs/day in-studio + remote
