  • For a seamless travel experience, a complimentary shuttle will be provided from The Alpha Suites to the Balesin Island Hangar on February 12. The flight to Balesin is at 10:00 AM. The shuttle will depart from the hotel by 7:00 AM.

    ● Balesin Baggage Limit: Due to strict charter flight restrictions, there is a maximum 20kg check-in baggage allowance per person. Soft duffel bags are highly recommended over hard-case luggage. Excess luggage will be charged at Php 100 per kilo.

    ● Island Cashless System: Balesin Island is completely cashless. You will link your credit card or be issued a Balesin Diamond Card upon arrival for personal incidentals (drinks, extra meals, spa, activities).

    ● The Alpha Suites Spa: For international guests staying at The Alpha Suites, we highly recommend booking your spa treatments at least 48 hours in advance to secure your discounted rate.
