An Attorney-at-Law may use this form to request a visit with their client. Lawyer visits are limited to 2 hours per visit. All requests are subject to approval. Requests must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance. Same-day requests will not be approved. Requests submitted on weekends will be reviewed on the following Monday. A valid phone number and email address are required. Updates will be sent via SMS and email. His Majesty's Prison maintains the confidentiality and security of all submitted information.
