  • 報考資格及考試規則

    Entry Qualification and Examination Regulations
    • 在遞交考試申請前,申請人必須確保已符合報考資格。申請人必須持有:
    • 2026年度的候證人身份及
    • 已完成或獲豁免完成 AFP資格認證教育課程。

    備註: (i) 有關「完成AFP資格認證課程」,是指申請人達到各課程70%出席率的要求。申請人必須在遞交考試申請時一併提交由認可院校發出的出席記錄證明。(ii) 如遞交未符合報考資格之考試申請,申請人需繳交港幣300元的行政費用。

    • 學會建議申請人在報考前先詳細閱讀考試手冊。
    • 考生必須於參加考試前,詳細閱讀載於考試手冊內的考試規則。違反有關考試規則可能會被取消考試資格。
    • 考試試卷以中英對照編印。

     

    • Examinees must ensure their fulfilment of the examination entry requirements before submitting the examination application. Applicants must:
      • hold a valid candidacy status for 2026; and
      • have completed or have been granted exemption from the AFP® Certification Education Program.

    Note: (i) To complete the AFP Certification Education Program, applicants must have fulfilled the 70% attendance requirements. Applicants must attach to this application form a copy of the Record of Attendance issued by the Education Provider.(ii) An administration fee of HK$300 will be charged for unqualified examination applications.

    • Applicants are recommended to read carefully the Examination Handbook before enrolment.
    • Examinees should carefully read the Examination Regulations in the Examination Handbook before attempting the examination. Failure to observe any of these regulations may lead to disqualification from the examination.
    • The examination papers are set bilingual in English and Chinese.

    Application Details
    • 申請截止日期 : 2026年8月17日(星期一)。
    • 學會最遲於考試日期兩星期前,以電郵方式發出考試申請結果通知。
    • 考試申請將於收到全額付款後方行開始處理。
    • 所有考試費用一概不獲退回及不得轉讓。
    • 所有申請必須通過學會的審查及批核,本學會有權拒絕批核任何申請。
    • 學會依據香港現行的反歧視法例訂立政策及程序,以確保所有申請於申請過程中獲得公平及平等的待遇。
    • 所有提交的資料將根據《個人資料(私隱)條例》處理。
    • 如對 CFP 資格認證考試有任何關注事項、問題或查詢,請電郵至 exam@ifphk.org。

     

    • Application Deadline : 17 Aug 2026 (Monday).
    • IFPHK will send the examination application result to applicant at least TWO WEEKS before the examination.
    • Examination enrolment processing will not start until full payment is received.
    • Examination fee is non-transferable and non-refundable.
    • All applications are subject to review and approval by IFPHK. IFPHK may at its absolute discretion refuse to approve any application.
    • IFPHK observes anti-discrimination laws in force in Hong Kong and adopts policies and procedures to ensure fair and equitable treatment of all applications in the application process. Information submitted will be processed according to Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.

  • 個人資料同意書 Personal Data Agreement

    1. 本人明確同意由香港財務策劃師學會於任何時間收集或儲存之任何個人資料（不論載於本申請表格或其他地方）為本人所提供，並可由該學會保留、使用、處理及／或披露，惟須

    (i)根據本文之個人私隱聲明及用作該聲明所概述之用途，及／或

    (ii)香港財務策劃師學會獲准許用作以下用途：

    a) 全權及適當地處理本人之申請，

    b) 提供考試服務（及，如本人為澳門考生，向澳門金融學會披露本人之個人資料以舉辦澳門CFP 考試）

    c) 香港財務策劃師學會因應任何約束該學會之法律要求而披露本人任何個人資料，

    d) 使用本人之個人資料以編制只供香港財務策劃師學會內部使用之統計及分析，

    e) 向財務策劃標準制定局及其團體會員披露本人之個人資料以作統計或資格認證或跨地區資格認證用途。

    2. 本人明白本人有權拒絕提供申請表格或其他方面所需之個人資料，但拒絕提供該等資料或提供失實之個人資料可導致香港財務策劃師學會無法處理或拒絕處理本申請。

    3. 本人同意香港財務策劃師學會可在本人僱主要求下，把本人的考試成績向本人僱主披露（僱主為與本人訂有僱傭協議、代理關係或類似合約責任的實體，及／或該實體的控股公司、附屬公司或相聯者）[該等資料已存檔於香港財務策劃師學會]。

    4. 本人明白本人有權向香港財務策劃師學會查核有否儲存本人之個人資料，倘若該學會已儲存本人之個人資料，本人有權取閱該等資料。此外，本人有權要求香港財務策劃師學會更改任何失實之個人資料，以及倘若本人需取得本人之個人資料副本或修改該等資料，本人可致函香港財務策劃師學會會員及認證部提出要求。本人明白法例容許香港財務策劃師學會就任何查核個人資料個案的處理收取合理費用。

     

    1. I explicitly consent that any personal information (personal data) from time to time collected or held by IFPHK(whether contained in this application or obtained otherwise) is provided and may be held, used, processed and/or disclosed

    (i) in accordance with and for the purpose outlined in the Data Privacy Statement herein, and/or

    (ii) to permit and enable IFPHK to:

    a. fully and fairly process my application,

    b. deliver examination services (and, if Iam a Macau examinee, disclose my personal data to Macao Institute of Financial Services for conducting CFP examination in Macau)

    c. disclose any personal data where IFPHKhas an obligation to make such disclosure under the requirements of any law binding on IFPHK,

    d. use my personal data to compilestatistics and analyse the results wholly for use within IFPHK,

    e. disclose my personal data to FinancialPlanning Standards Board Ltd. and its affiliate members for statistical purposeor certification / cross-border certification purpose.

    2. I understand that I may refuse toprovide personal data as requested in the application or otherwise, but suchrefusal, or the provision of inaccurate personal data may result in IFPHK beingunable to or refusing to process this application.

    3. I agree that IFPHK may disclose myexamination results to my employer (being the entity with which I have anemployment, agency or similar contractual obligation, and/or the holdingcompanies, subsidiary companies or associated members of such entity) [that iskept in the IFPHK record] upon their request.

    4. I understand that I have the right tocheck whether IFPHK holds personal data about me and that, if so, I have aright of access to my personal data. I can request IFPHK to correct anyinaccurate personal data and if I need to obtain a copy of my personal data orhave it corrected, I can write to the Membership and Certification Departmentof IFPHK. I understand that IFPHK is permitted by law to charge a reasonablefee for the processing of any data access request.

    1. 本人同意遵守學會既定的CFP® 資格認證考試的所有條款、要求、政策和程序。
    2. 本人明白所有考試費用一概不獲退回及不得轉讓。
    3. 本人明白並同意以上之個人資料同意書。 本人謹此聲明，本人所提供之資料均真實、完整，本人同意通知學會有關申請之重大改變並回應所有有關問題，包括本人的聯絡資料詳情。
    4. 本人明白並同意香港財務策劃師學會審查所有由本人作出與本申請有關之聲明，如申請表上有任何失實陳述，本人同意接受香港財務策劃師學會的紀律處分。

     

    I understand and agree to comply with all conditions, requirements, policies, and procedures forthe CFP® Certification Examination established by IFPHK as may be amended from time to time.

    1. I understand that examination fee is nonrefundable and nontransferable.
    2. I understand and agree to the Personal Data Agreement stated above.
    3. I declare that the information contained in my application is truthful and complete, and I agree to notify IFPHK of any material changes to my responses to any of the questions in this application, including my contact details.
    4. I understand and agree that IFPHK may investigate the statements I have made with respect to this application, and that I may be subject to disciplinary actions for any misrepresentation (whether fraudulent or otherwise) in this application.
