• That's So Vintage Vendor Application

  • That’s So Vintage is a highly curated vintage market held twice a year at The Square. It’s a fast-paced ticketed event built for people who are enthusiastic about vintage and creative presentation. We’re thrilled to bring it back for the eight time on October 24th & 25th.

    • Friday: Media Preview & Vendor Night Mixer
    • Saturday: 9AM - 6PM
    • Sunday: 10AM - 2PM

    What makes this market special:

    • A massive turnout: Historically, we’ve hosted 4,000 paid ticket holders each weekend.
    • A vendor lineup full of era-focused collectors and curators primarily from across the DMV as well as a selective number of independent designers reworking vintage into new designs.
    • Booths designed like mini vintage shops with a strong emphasis on branding and creative visual storytelling.
    • A mix of the DMV’s best brick-and-mortar stores and standout pop-up vendors.
    • A fresh feel every time—about 30% of the lineup changes with each edition.
    • A limited selection of reworked pieces made from true vintage materials.
    • Joint Application: We encourage two curators to team up and co-design a shared booth. This approach helps us maintain a cohesive market aesthetic. We warmly invite joint applications.
      • Standard & Large booth: no more than 2 vendors
      • Jumbo Booth: nom ore than 3 vendors

    A few important notes:

    • This is a two-day market. All vendors must commit to both days — single-day participation is not available
    • We do accept out-of-town vendors from beyond the DMV

Returning vendors must reapply using this application form no later than July 31st by 11:59PM.

    Selection Criteria:

    • Applications are evaluated based on the following factors, including:
    • Quality of curation and product specialization
    • Visual presentation and booth design
    • Brand identity and customer experience
    • Marketing creativity and promotional effort
    • Diversity of inventory and vendor representation
    • Active involvement in the vintage community (i.e., you’re currently selling)
    • Professionalism and customer service at markets—we value vendors who have a great attitude with customers, other vendors and the TSV team
The market is highly competitive, and space is limited. We work to create a well-balanced, exciting market with a wide range of offerings. Some categories such as women’s apparel receive high volumes of applications and we do our best to balance across eras and aesthetics and rotate vendors regularly to keep the experience fresh.

If you're not selected, it doesn’t mean we aren’t interested in working with you in the future! Due to the volume of applications, we’re unable to provide individual feedback.
