Member Development Award

This award is open to all new CRA members (contractors, suppliers, and manufacturers) who have joined the CRA within the last three years This is the opportunity for you to showcase your achievements to the wider industry.
1. Companies are permitted to submit one entry per category only.

2. Submissions must come from a current CRA member and the submitting company must remain a member at the date of the Awards Ceremony (20/11/26).

3. The nomination can be self-nominated.
Please read the form carefully and try to complete all the relevant sections. There is a section at the end to upload any supporting documents you wish to send to support your application.

Please note that the names and imagery submitted as part of this nomination will be used on all marketing and promotional activities involved with the awards.

1. Tell us about your business and how you got started
Give us a brief background to your company - when it was founded, what you do, the markets you serve, and why you joined the CRA.

How have you invested in the training and development of your workforce and staff? Please give specific details of any qualifications, apprenticeships, CPD programmes, or internal training initiatives, and describe the effect this has had on your business.
3. Quality, safety, and standards
What improvements have you made to your quality processes, safety standards, or environmental considerations? How were these improvements achieved, and what were the measurable results or outcomes?

Have you adopted or implemented any innovations that have improved productivity, efficiency, or the standard of your work? Please describe what these were and the impact they have had.
5. Contribution to the CRA and the wider industry
Have you contributed to the CRA as an organisation or to raising standards within the wider construction industry? For example: involvement in technical document reviews, standards committees, industry events, or mentoring other members.
6. Challenges overcome
What challenges have you faced on your journey and how have you overcome them? What did you learn from these experiences?

Where do you want to take your business next? What are your goals and how do you plan to achieve them?
