The Arlington Home & Garden Expo invites you to apply to be a vendor at this years event.
AHGE is a two day home & garden expo with the leading experts in the home remodeling industry. AHGE is held at the Arlington Expo Center in Arlington, Texas on November 7-8, 2026.
The Arlington Home & Garden Expo offers attendees the opportunity to see and buy from vendors selling everything from art, collectibles, home decor and more!
June 29, 2026: Call to general vendors. Application is available.
This vendor application is only open to general vendors that do not opperate a corporate or retail business.
Arlington Home & Garden Expo will accept vendor applications until all booth spaces are sold out.
Only accepted vendors will be notified by email with in 48hrs of receiving application. Please check spam folder to make sure accepted email is not in there. All booth spaces are sold on a first come first pay basis until sold out.
Moya Art Events Booth Fee Refund Policy: With documented reasons for cancellation, MAE will offer refunds starting after the first day of booth purchase and up to 45 days prior to the opening day of the festival. Refunds are issued by check and will be mailed to the vendors address provided on JotForm application .
All refund requests must be submitted by email to steve@moyaartevents.com with a brief explanation for cancelation. Full refund of booth fee less $50 cancellation fee up to 45 days prior to Expo opening date.
No refunds are given after 45 days prior to the festival opening date. No exceptions will be given for any reason.

Rules/Regulations
Check-In:
Early vendor check-in will be from 12:00pm-6:00pm Friday November 6, 2026.
All vendors must check in before setting up.
Set Up:
Vendor set Saturday November 7, 2026 7:30am-9:30am
Expo Hours:
Saturday November 7, 2026 10:00pm-5:00pm
Sunday November 8, 2026 10:00am-4:00pm
Load-Out:
Absolutely no loading out before the festival ends.
Load-out will begin at 4pm close of show Sunday. Anyone in violation of following this rule, will not be invited back to participate in future Arlington Home & Garden Expo's.
Rules of Expo:
Vendors may not sell any kind of food or beverages
Absolutely no booth sharing.
No Amplified Sound
Arlington Home & Garden Expo reserves the right to remove any vendor in vioation from show without refund of vendor fees.
Sales:
Retailer retains 100% of revenue from their sales.
Retailer is responsible for collecting and paying all taxes. City of Arlington sales tax is 8.25%.
