  • Non-profit Stalls

    We have a limited number of free or discounted stalls available for local non-profit organisations that are based in Hanham or deliver services within the Hanham community.

    Eligible organisations can choose:

    One 6ft or 4ft stall free of charge, or
    A £25 discount if booking multiple stalls.

    For example:

    2 × 6ft stalls – £25 (normally £50)
    2 × 4ft stalls – £8 (normally £33)

    Once you've submitted your application, we'll review it and contact you to let you know whether you qualify for a non-profit stall.

    Stallholders selling food and/or drink must be registered with Environmental Health and have a minimum rating of 4.

  • Public Liability Insurance

    All stallholders must provide a copy of their Public Liability Insurance (PLI) certificate.
