The undersigned member(s) of the Al Tahoe Forest Homes Association, Inc. hereby constitute Michele Gigante, president, or any Board Member, the true and lawful proxy of the undersigned, with full power of substitution and revocation, to vote and act with respect to the undersigned at the Annual Membership Meeting of the Association to be held September 5, 2026 at 11AM at the McDenzler cabin 973 Cave Rock Avenue, or at any adjournment or adjournments therefore, and with the powers which the undersigned would possess if personally present to elect directors and transact any other business of the Association which may come before said meeting or adjournment thereof.

You are invited to attend the Annual Homeowners BBQ/Block Party for owners and their families at the McDenzler cabin at 973 Cave Rock Avenue at 5:00PM, Saturday, September 5, 2026. Please pay $20.00 per person for reservations before August 15, 2026. This fee helps cover the cost of the main course, supplies, and non-alcoholic drinks which will be provided. Please remember: BYOB. No money will be refunded or credited to dues for no shows.

We are once again hosting a silent auction fundraiser during our annual picnic to benefit Al Tahoe Firewise, a local non-profit serving the larger Al Tahoe area, committed to educating and supporting our community to prepare for wildfires and protect us, our neighbors and property.
