    Join us for the 4rd Annual Archuleta Health Fair and Expo on Saturday, October 24th, at Pagosa Springs High School! This year's event focuses on education, empowerment, and community support, offering low-cost wellness labs and connecting attendees to preventative care. We'll feature numerous healthcare agencies and community organizations. Please complete the questionnaire by September 8th to sponsor, reserve your table/space, and/or offer your services. For your convenience, the link to the required registration form for attending the health fair is included at the end of this form.
